Protein Shake + Iron How to use
When - Consume within 30 minutes after exercising for optimal muscle recovery. Also great as a delicious shake any time of the day as a protein and iron top up.
How - Add 30g (approx. 3 level scoops) to 200mL of cold water to a shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
Protein requirements for athletic women can range depending on physique and exercise intensity.
Enjoy a maximum of 2 serves per day.
